Summary

During my recent trip to New York, I had to opportunity to go to Momofuku Noodle Bar's newer location in Columbus Circle. The shio-style(?) of ramen, though not as milky and porky as tonkotsu is still flavour packed and rich in their own way. David Chang's legendary noodle bar did not disappoint - the combination of ramen, side dishes and the interesting desserts really made for a great night and great feed, bravo!
