Summary

Quay, known as one of Sydney's best fine dining establishments, did not disappoint. One of the biggest highlights for myself were the buckwheat crumpets with truffle butter - absolutely divine. To contrast with that, the desserts on the new menu did not live up to expectations when compared to their infamous snow egg. Overall, the Quay experience was delightful with the upmost attention to detail across all aspect of restaurant. I'm looking forward to next time!
